On the next page, select Create a portable instance.
You will be prompted with a pop-up called Creating an instance, in which you should just select Next.
Click Next until the installer finishes.
When prompted to choose an install location, pick any location outside of any default Window folders (like Program Files x86) and outside of the game's Root folder.
Once the download has finished, run the installer.
Download the Mod Organizer 2 main file from here.

resolve any warnings that the Reqtificator may have about your setup and finish the creation of the patch.
change any settings you want in the Reqtificator main menu, then select "Patch".
select the new Reqtificator executable from the dropdown menu and press "Run".
Start in: \Data\SkyProc Patchers\Requiem.
binary: C:\Program Files\Java\\bin\java.exe (change accordingly if you installed Java elsewhere).
Open the executable configuration menu and add the Reqtificator as executable.
Go to your Skyrim installation folder and create the subfolders SkyProc Patchers\Requiem inside the data folder.
Activate Requiem in your list of installed mods and move the plugins to the end of your load order.
Follow the instructions of the installer and select the additional options you want.
Install Requiem like any other mod by double-clicking it in Downloads tab.
We thus strongly recommend to use Mod Organizer 2 instead which can launch 64bit executables. Java 8 was the last Java release that provided a 32bit version, but has reached its end of life in January 2019 and no longer receives any security updates. Mod Organizer 1 uses a 32bit virtual file-system and thus cannot launch 64bit Java runtimes.
